LUDs on Retrogressed RFE case

LUD patterns same

Most of us in this thread have similar LUD patterns if not same. I think all our cases will be on 'Visa Hold" shelf.

just missed PD by a month...
 
I think you are right .....Tried to call TSC yesterday to confirm it but couldn't get hold of anyone after 1.5 hour of waiting .... Guess all we can do now is to sit tight and wait for the
next visa bulletin out...

guys,

Visa bulletin was out and current for EB1 cases but no update on my case. The processing dates also three month after my filed date. Sent RFE response and waiting for more than 60 days....any advice.

EAD approved 03/28/2007
AP approved 04/05/2007
140 approved 08/15/2007
485 RFE received 09/12/2007
RFE replied 09/20/2007
Recived second RFE 09/30/2007
RFE replied and received by USCIS 10/09/2007
