LUDs on Retrogressed RFE case

My case is subjected to the retrogression starting this week and I had 2 consecutive LUDs from yesterday and today. Anybody has the similar experience? Called TSC last Friday and was told no visa number was assigned yet. Wonder what's cooking up there ... ....
 
Maybe not

I was told the case was waiting to be picked up by officer. Guess it should be a no. Just curious for these two consecutive LUDS, if it is not a obvious systematic update.
 
Did you talk to Texas Service Center about LUD's?

I also saw three LUDs on 11/30, 12/02,12/03 for my I 485 and my PD is May 2001.
Today I have not seen any LUD on my case.

I don't know what is retrogression. Does my case come in it.

LC (May 2001)
I 140 AD May 2006
I 485 applied in May 2006, RFE in Sept 06, responded in Oct 06, Message said that we will give you decision in 60 days.
I asked few times earlier(last in Sept), I have been told name check is pending.
LUD 10/23/06, 11/30/07,12/02/07,12/03/07.

Today I have not seen any change.

Man, You don't even know what is retrogression ....very funny.....:eek:
Anyway, I can see your time is truly coming...:) Unless you are EB3 and from India, you don't really have to know what is retrogression any more.

I also got LUD today 12/06/2007
I am also retrogressed. I hope it is good news.:)

I485: RD: May'1, 2007 LUD: 5/1/07, 5/24/07(FP), 5/25/07, 5/29/07, 12/5/07

One more LUD on my case too

One more LUD today. It might be a system update since LUD happened early morning.

Let us hope for the best.

I have got one more LUD today this morning.
I am not sure it is system generated one or the good one.

I hope it is good one. :)
