hi! guys.... i need some advice....i am a permanent resident aquired through asylum status. i have little less than 3 years before i can apply for citizenship.i am planning to marry my fiance in india, i wanna know how long it will take before she can come here in states.i was just checking the processing times on uscis.gov for california service center & vermont service center. California is little more than 2.5 years & vermont is 1.5 years. can somebody tell me that if these times are accurate or not. I have also gone through lot of posts on this website, & didn't really get one steady answer.Parents of my fiance are really concerned about the timeframe. Any sort of help will be appreciated.Thank You

I was interviewed on October 11, 2007, and the IO office told me that your FBI name check is clear, but I don't have the approval for your I-130.
FYI: I filed the I-130 on Dec 2005 when my wife was Green card holder, and changed the status on June 2007 after she got her Citizen ship.
And guess what ??? Still waiting for the I-130 Approval.
