2 Can I 140 be transferred?

Labor is valid for max 180 days after approval. Other people can correct me if I am wrong.

1. Has LC been approved with prior PD? If yes, then you get the previous PD.
2. Since I-140 has not been approved, cannot use this.
3. Yes, you will need another employer/LC. You can use an approved I-140's PD from previous employer with new employer to capture the previous approved PD.
