Is anyone considering joining the group lawsuit being proposed by their law offices? I sent them my case details a few days ago but I am still not 100% sold on this. However, I am going to join their conf. call scheduled for Friday the 26th to find out more details such as the fee, downside risks etc.

Just wondering if anyone out here is also thinking about this.
 
I am. Its high time for me. I got to make decision.Can't live like this for longer time.

Did you get a feel for how much they might be charging? So far, I have only communicated to them by email...just filled out their questionnaire. What do you think are the chances of success?
 
Are they going ahead with WOM. I had looked into it earlier but did not get much information. If anyone has concrete information on this please share.
 
I am looking for the details and decide if join the lawsuit or not. FBI Name Check delay, probably one of tricks this current government supports.
 
I am not sure about the charges, but as you know we will get to know about it tomorrow. If you want we can talk about it before the call. Now, the success is some thing very relative.To me I get success either way..even if I win or lose.I will have a decision. I am sure every body likes to live their best part of their life with certainity..I know I am kinda giving some PRAVACHAN.:).

I have reached to a point when I want them to make a decision on my case.

By success I meant whether the judge will have jurisdiction or simply throw it away...not that FBI will send negative results. From what I understand, if you can convince the judge to consider this having "jurisdiction" then 80% battle is won.

I e-mailed to the address duggils1 gave and got the following reply:
"Thank you for your interest at the Murthy Law Firm. Because we intend
to file a writ of mandamus lawsuit for a limited group of people, we are
not able to offer our assistance to you at this time."
