New trend from USCIS

I saw couple of approvals in other forums too where they just received the cards, No emails - No LUD's.
Seems like USCIS has acknolwedged their ONLINE system update softwares, servers are outdated and can not take additional load of Jun,Jul filers.
This may be the reason CSR's are giving us outdated,useless Information, they can t see any up to date Info.
From now on we will just receive GC's in mail directly ,
No calling CSR's, No looking for LUD's, no waiting for message change

If you ask me, when it comes to USCIS the trend is that there is NO trend at all as to why or how USCIS does ANYTHING!

The perfect cliche to describe things at USCIS "The more things change, the more they remain the same!"

This is the country that sent folks to moon. So bad the govt. employees haven't seen/used capabilities of COMPUTER.

Well, I think the govt workers and agency are all the same all over the world. No incentive to work hard or be efficient or be compassionate.
NASA ( also a govt agency) is a different story. They are a collection of very bright folks ( lots of PhDs ) who have an objective in mind.

A private company launched the SpaceShipOne into space at a fraction of the price tag as compared to what NASA has been able to achieve with billions and billions of $$$s to claim the Ansari X-Prize. Lots of Phd's at one location doesn't increase your efficiency, lots of dedication and passion to work by a small group of workers does.
