Any I130 Approval From July Yet?

YES, My receipt date was july 25th 2007 and on november 7th they sent me a letter tellin me that it was approved.
It was not filed concurrently with other forms.
Lawyer decided to do what she wants going against my wishes.I am very happy that it was approved so early because I saw alot of people still in thwe waiting list.

I am green card holder for past 6 years and I applied for naturalization but it is stuck in name check for past 1 year. I have recenlty married to an F-1 visa holder. I want to apply for her I-130. Could you please tell me the list of forms and supporting documents your lawyer submitted with I-130. Please help. Thanks

Have you ever filed I-129F for your spouse? Wouldn't that help bring her here faster(a bit)?
