H1 transfer with part-time pay stubs

My H1 started in Oct 1, but I did not start with the company until a week later. I am working part-time (planning on working 16 to 20 hours per week, max 20).

Is it possible to transfer my H1 to another company with part-time pay stubs? The original H1 petition was for full-time work. My main concern is, does USCIS care how many hours I am working as long as I am working for the company who did my H1 and have some pay stubs from them? Thanks.

If your wage is in the range of original H-1B petition, then part time / full time issue may not arise.

Thanks. They are paying me the exact amount (hourly rate) that was written in the offer letter and LCA.

How certain are you about part-time work not being an issue while transering H1-B? How many pay stubs would be the safest way to go forward?

I would appreciate if anybody else also can add some comments on this matter, so I feel much better. Thanks.
