I-485 filing question

I am currently holding H1B visa and got married to US Citizen. I am filling out the form and there is one question that I am not sure about in I-485. It is in page 1 Part 2. Application Type. Which box shall I check?
a. an immigrant petition giving me immediately available immigrant visa number has been approved. (attach a copy of the approval notice, or a relative, special immigrant juvenile or special immigrant military visa petition filed with this application that will give you an immediately available visa number, if approved)
h. other basis of eligibility. Explain...

I thought it was a since I was filing I-130 with I-485, but I asked the inforpass person at USCIS, he told me to put h and put married to US citizen.

When I filed, I asked the USCIS person on the phone and he told me to put h) other, unless I already had an A#.

He told me to put: Married to USC and filing concurrently I-130 (I believe)

Check (a)... Do you think that they know in the USCIS??? Most of the time you talk to an internship students, and they don't know anything about what they are saying.
