I got RFEs for I693 Suppliment last month (17th Sept 2007) for me and my wife. The Doc did not include the suppliment with the originally submitted documents. I got the suppliments signed, and in a sealed envelope and sent it to USCIS (through Lawyer). The USCIS reflected the change on Oct 1st 2007 as Requested evidence received.
Today we got two more RFEs (one for me and one for my wife), via e-mail. I will have to wait for few more days to know what this really means..
I don't know if these RFEs too is related to the Medical test. Does the USCIS require the original medical records sent to them? We both had all vaccines done in my home country (Sri Lanka) except for tetanus (Civil sergeon gave both of us tetanus shot on the day he did the medical). We got the vaccination records (faxed) from the respective District Medical Officers in Sri Lanka. The Civil Sergeon transferred the dates from the records (faxes) to the I693 suppliment. He ticked the required vaccinations complete box. However, he did not include the faxes in the sealed envelope.
Does anybody has experience is receiving two RFEs? Do I need to try and get the originals of the medical records from home country?
Any help would be greately apprecaited!
Thanks a lot,
TG.
