New job and wife's TD

I have been offered a new job. I have to get the new TN permit ASAP to join the new job. My wife applied for the TD and US visa from Pakistan. Her passport is still with them and they are processing her visa (Token has bee given). Is there going to be a problem if I change my job and get a new TN while my wife's visa was applied with the old Job??

You should wait for her TD to get approved, since her TD application is based on your current TN. Once she gets her TD, get another TN to switch the job.

So once she gets her TD approved, is it necessary to wait for her to arrive here in USA or I can get a new TN before she comes? Will it affect her TD?

I would not wait for her arrival to get a new TN.

As long as she has a valid TD, she will not need any new TD when you get a new TN.
