Letter from FBI

Yesterday I got letter from FBI response to my query regarding NC after many tries from diff sources.
1) It says that my wife's NC is processed and finalized on same day (dec 20 2006).
2) Then my NC received on same day and currently in progress. ( I guess reason sincerely I paid all taxes to govt , many benefit I might not use in future, helped each and every way to this economy, no criminal record in any country and all ethical think you can think of ).

3) Then all bla bla crap FBI process millions app..National..homeland security all you can think of from president’s speech and final summary in letter" we will made your result as quickly as possible"


Now i have couple of questions

1) Is it possible that dependent can get GC before principal applicant even if he is stuck up in NC check?

2) Last sentence really give some hope "we will made your result as quickly as possible"
Any body any experienced that this will expedite the process (I mean can somebody really stop eating burger and just open my box on thuesday or web morning, type my name again and do Google search to see that i am not threat to this country)?

Please let me know anybody experienced this before.

I've heard you can write a letter to someone in the govt to expedite the process... there is a thread on one of these forums that has all this information. I think the letter goes to either the governer of your state or your senator... can't remember... anyone esle with some info?!?

What’s wrong with u? seriously..are you working for .org (non profit organization). I think you have enough time…
I use this forum to help other ppl and share experience. I hardly spent few seconds to post FBI letter with anger and frustration.PPl in same situation can understand this NC and PBEC delay.
If you don’t have answer to my query keep ur tiny hole shut.
Just FYI, I own a startup company and hold couple of patents in core areas. So don’t give me this “English lesson”. If you want to start from F, I can start from A (Ass).
Another thing if you loose your job or looking for job please send me PM , I am looking for part time technical writer (if you know what tech means)...
I will be busy rest of the week so knock urself out..not going to waste time with stupids...

The fact that you made such immature comments defies your forum id.

And btw, who are you to decide who should and should not apply for a GC?

Please keep such comments to yourself, as those that wanted to get the jist of the OP's message, got it correctly.

It should not be possible for the derivative to get the GC before the principal applicant gets his/her GC approved. This being said, and although it seems logically correct, there have been instances on this portal of derivatives getting their GCs approved before the principal applicant's GC.

What was the turnaround time for the response from FBI ?

Did you send the letter directly to the FBI or to the First Lady or something like that.

Any help here will be appreciated :)
 
I had received similar letter from FBI. Answers to your queries:

1) No. Primary has to be approved before dependent gets through.

2) This is a standard response from FBI meaning keep hoping and if lucky we will approve you.

On a brighter side some ( read very few) who received in process letter actually got cleared of background check. Look for postings from imcdude on TSC forum.
