document mailed to applicant

Can anyone advice what this means ? My 485 has been pending since Aug 2005 and my status also changed on Sep 11 from pending to Document mailed to applicant. Does it mean the case got approved or something else. I have already done FP 2 times, and my address has not changed. I did not get any other message of LUD since 2005 on my 485, what could this be ? I have been checking my mail daily and till today saturday i do not see anything in mail. what could this be ? i m going nuts, anyone, please advice if they got in similar position. thanks
 
I got the same email for my I140 case. It is a denial notice. (But I might be wrong since this is an AOS application).

What kind of status does this mean? As you see my sign, there are 2 LUD's on my file after the finger print. What kind of document this could be?

It's not denial. They sent something to you and it was returned as undeliverable. Have you moved? BTW, it's not an approval either, even if customer service representative said so (ask me how i know :) ).

No, I did not move and I did not call the service rep either. What could it be?

Usually it's a notice of intent to deny. You'll be able to appeal once you get a hold of the letter but not sooner.
 
Usually it can be anything. What it means in USCIS lingo is that they sent something to you and you haven't received it. Don't scare people if you don't know.
