recent e-file to TSC

Hi,
Did anyone in NSC area e-filed recently and sent the supporting docs to TSC. In otherwords is there a possibility that I can e-file and my case can go to TSC now.

centeralised filling is not allowed any more, it is only direct filling depends on where you stay

Even if you submit it to TSC, they mey return your application or they may forward it to NSC. Make sure.

I know all efiles went to TSC before. Just curious, so now even efile documents should be sent to their respective centers, depending on the areas of residency of the applicants?
