2nd Letter Not yet Received

Dear ALL,

First of all, I would like to Thanks everybody in the forum for quick reply and valuable information and suggestions in every topics.

I have not yet received the 2nd letter from KCC. My NL case number is current for October,2007 shcedule. I had called KCC and they informed me the interview date. But I did not receive my 2nd letter yet. Anybody gets the letter by this time?

Boy just chill out. You did the right thing by asking for your interview date in advance. You will get the 2nd letter soon.
Please try to update your signature so that can have a clue of your CN etc.

MY wifie the petinioner with case number 20008EU000005.., Isaw the visa bulletin and for Europe is 5800.I thing that we are in for october, therefore I called KCC by phone, they informed me that her application is yet porcessing!!, what does mean?
please can you explaim me ?

That means, you receive the 2nd letter soon. With that low CN, you will be one of the first in Europe.

What this means is that they haven't yet gone through the forms you've sent and determined that everything is in order.
Presumably they should first do that before they forward your file to the relevant embassy for CP and before they determine the interview date.
When I called KCC they said that it can take upto 12 weeks for forms to be processed.
When did you send in the forms?

I guess if they don't process your forms before the timepoint by which October's interview dates are to be set, it's possible that your visa interview may be set for Novermber instead.

Don't worry about any of this. Your forms wil be processed in due course. Maybe forms are processed in a first sent first processed basis.
 
I have sent email to KCC last week and asked about my interview date. KCC informed me interview date and added 2nd NL was posted on 28 August '07. So, soon we will receive the 2nd NLs..

Congratulation to all who has got 2nd letter.
I am from Nepal. My case number is 2008AS3XXX. When will be my case number current and what is the probability that i wont get 2nd letter even my case number is current?


Can some body help me answering it.
