No approvals on 8/27 eh?

No approvals but normally Monday will be quite day and Tues, Wed's are rainy days...

Lets see.. only 4 days left for Aug.... chances are going very slim :mad:
 
I am not worried about if they would approve/not. I am worried about the lengthy delay and livining in limbo. Even if they reject , at least i would know something decisive in my life. and can plan for the rest of the life....at times feel that i am missing lot of relatives, friends and good part of my home country. whatever - sooner the better

Our cases are quite similar...plus I have also seen other TSC original cases with similar dates.

Although we did 2nd/3rd FPs in June 07, our cases are not assigned to officers...To me it looks like a structural issue, when TSC originally approved all TSC cases for 2-3 weeks and then started working on VSC cases..Hopefully, they will revisit TSC cases before October!!

I'm hoping for another approval storm this week and all TSC old cases will get approved. Our best chance is before end of August. From Sep 01, I 'm not sure how the visa bulletin will play... :confused:
 
I was looking at trackitt today and did a search by service center, eb2 and then rfe reply date. There's a guy there with virtually exactly the same dates as me, actually 3 days before mine and he just got approved late last week.

I'm hoping that that's a good sign for me, but as we know there's no rhyme or reason to this.

Anyway I don't know what's happening as there hasn't been any LUD since the day after they received my RFE back.

Here's hoping.
 
hai_yeh_gc, you changed camp?? I am VSC -> TSC transfer case and you are wishing **only** for TSC in this thread? Not good.

Arre man, wish for everyone to be approved. :D :D
