No FP given by May 07 = No approval in 07.

This is what I see as the pattern.

I believe, people who gave FP (be it 1st,2nd or 3rd) will be getting the approval till October 07. Others regardless of their PD/RD are doomed...They will have to compete with the other thousands of applications filed in June,July starting Oct 07.

Anybody think the otherway or everyone know this already?

Its at least good to see people are getting approval at some point in this long process and leave the backlog queue.

No FPs in May 07 = No Approval in 07 (period). All others who gave FPs in around May, wait until you see the mails in your inbox before Oct 07 for sure.

Yes. Aug 21st is the Day...many many approvals...great for people who got it.

Not true for me. I was supposed to provide FPs in May, as were many others that I'm aware of in this forum. However, like these others, I wasn't able to because I never received the notice. Ultimately, I gave my FPs on 07/06.

Your theory is partly correct in that those who gave FPs in May have a higher percentage chance of getting approved (many of them have already been approved), but that by no means implies others won't.
 
kv2002 - not true- check out my details- i did my fp3 on 8/14 and got magic email on 8/17. i think the rule is still based on PD and probably also 485 RD.

Hmmm....too many cases to negate my reading..

I wish I am wrong too. May be my statement applies to majority of the cases. Otherwise there is no reason why they wont touch my case even after my FP in Aug 1st.

My Name check status has been Yes & No after Infopass/TSC....The last I heard is that, one NC is pending, but I have cleared once so they wont care about the duplicating & pending NC results... Wow....what a ride...

did FP2 july 24 after multiple tries at getting FP2 issued. LUDs last week were for document undeliverable - turns out it was FP2 notice sent out again to the wrong address (again). And two TSC IOs told me FP2 results not received. Yesterday one told me they got the FP2 results.

In a nutshell - we're still waiting anxiously
