FP Code 1 & FP Code 3 correlation

Is anybody know any correlation between FP Code 1 & FP Code 3?

I had FP Code 1 done in 2005 and again got FP notice for Code 1 itself.

Does it mean, I will get FP Code 3 again sometime before GC approval?

I know its definition

FP Code 1 means 10 fingers
FP Code 2 means 1 thump, photograph
FP Code 3 means both.

Doesnt really correlate much. I kept track of Approvals, Code 1 Vs Code 3. It didnt make much sense. People were getting approvals no matter what FP code they had given.

It seems, FP Code-3 is just before approving your GC. They take picture & signature to use in GC card.

Is it right understanding?

May / May not be true. In my case, every time, they took photo, 10 fingers and thumb, ....everything
