BUT hardly any for applicants from INDIA..
..and more so very few in EB3 or EB2. Most of them are ROW.

Check now for recent Approvals!!! more people approved in outside the forums too...
I think 5% of people come into the forum or may be less....

lol.. not true its just that there are so many applicants from india.. really, it makes me wonder if half the indian polulations are us resients by record...lol....and more so very few in EB3 or EB2. Most of them are ROW.

But its cool though that The US issues that much visa to indians to work in the states...

But with your recently LUD's...there is plenty of chances for your green approval.

same here.. But I heard it will be cleared most of the times after you give your 2nd FP..

Looking at the last 2 months trend will the approval gear from next week will shift to NSC?
i didnt had 2nd FP, my RD is 7/2006
this is my 2nd 485 application, 1st one got denied due to employer fruad, i applied another 485 in 7/2006
my previous namecheck was cleared in 2005 itself, 1st 485 application applied in Sept 2004, got denied in nov 2005

I also predicted on 31st July that approvals will come for the LUD candidates.

I am still thinking there will approvals for LUD candidates next week also.
After that second part of this month belong to NSC. Rest of the people has to wait for SEPT first and second week.
I am hoping by sept 15 most of our guys will be done.

Previously in July second week , we had many approvals without any luds, i think those cases are handled by one particular officer who may not bothered to update the dates.
I think there is a pretty much good chance still that without LUD you can still see approval.
I do not want to discourage you , but i don'nt see that trend in recent approvals, Hang tight buddy your day will come. Did u open SR ?
