URGENT - Arrest information on I-485 appl.

I was arrested once in a hit and run case. There are no convictions.

I would like to know where I have to put this information on I-485, I-131 (AP) or I-765 (EAD). I did not find any place on these forms where I have to report this arrest information.

Of course I am attaching Certified Docket Sheets regarding my arrest with the application.
 
On Form I-485, there is a question that asks if you have ever been arrested, Tick Yes and attach a sheet explaining the circumstances along with your Court documents.
 
I think I have to answer 'NO" to the question as it tells to exclude traffic violations. The question is -

"Have you ever, in or outside the United States:
(b) been arrested, cited, charged, indicted, fined or imprisoned for breaking or violating any law or ordinance, excluding traffic violations?"

PLEASE RESPOND!!!

You really, really think a hit and run is a traffic violation? I hope you are not serious.
