I-94 has wrong status H4 instead of H-1B

I am applying for my 485, I noticed that my I-94 has H4 as my Class instead of H-1 B. Does anybody think that this will affect my I-485 processing.
 
Yes it may affect your case while adjudicating . So go to any POE nearer to your home and request them to correct it.
 
Can I just go to like Newark International Airport and just ask for a change will they be able to do it? I am really sceptical about this please advice. In any case I will try to call the Airport and see whether they can do anything about this.

How come you didn't re-check the I94 before leaving the counter? Did you count your money when you leave the bank teller or ATM machine.

No offense.. but if you didn't protect yourself (your own interest), no one will. :eek:

I guess I am not perfect like you, who doesn't make any mistakes.

There is a first time to everything, I hope people learn from my experience. I have learned my lesson.:)

Anyway, for people who have this issue they can go to their respective Customs and Border Protection on weekdays(located generally in Airport premises), they should be able to correct this issue. It looks like these things happen regularly.
