Compiling List of Documents for AP -- All please contribute

HI Everyone. I am currently on H1B and applied for GC (please see signature). I am now ready to apply Advance Parole. I have compiled the list below by going through this forum. Can people add/minus the missing parts. I just hope I am as lucky as PraetorianXI :)

1. 2 Color Passport Photos
2. Check of 170 dollars towards application fees, made out to “U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
3. Filled in I-131 for Advance Parole
4. One page explanation for part 7 of Form I-131, stating how I qualify.
5. Copy of receipt notice of the I-485 petition
6. Copy of receipt notice of the I-765 petition
7. Copy of latest H1B approval
8. Copy of front and back of latest I-94
9. Copy of my entire Passport
10. Copy of the front and back of my Driver’s license

You do not need to fill ALL of part 7.

Only parts 1, 2, 3 and then skip to 7.- Question 1. Only (all the others are for people outside of the US) Then part 8 and sign it.

That is it, you do NOT need an explanation letter.
 
Are the list of documents ok or am I missing something? Do we need to send the copy of the entire passport?

Remove the explanation letter from Part 7 and whatever you put in Part 7 questions 2 & 3.

As far as the copies of the passport, I would say you only need your Biographic Information (Picture, Name, DOB, etc) and the Visa Stamp and I-94.
