Question to those who ever filed AP yourself

Hi all,

If you've ever filed AP yourself without any attorney's help, could you tell me how you filled out Part 3, Processing Information, 1 & 2 (which are "Date of intended departure" and "Expected length of trip" respectively)? It seems that most EB applicants do not have any specific travel plan when they file AP. I am assuming that people just filled out these two with whatever tentative days, but I just want to make sure. Your input would greatly be appreciated. Thanks!

Yes, I applied for AP renewal (e-filing) two times before on my own. And you are right - I just did what you had guessed. Note that you dont have to apply for AP renewal just becasue the current one is getting expired. You can apply for renewal on expired AP too. But if you are like me then you would apply for renewal every year with tentative dates just in case ...
