Where do I send my I-130/I-131/I-485/I-765 for my spouse?

Another thing.. How did you get your I-131 approved that quickly.. On the USCIS page it shows that they are currently processing Apr. 14 priority date..

Depends on whether her vaccinations record is up to date, and the tests they will do. I recommend asking what things she needs done and then going to the local health department and getting them done for either cheaper rates or free. Then go see the doctor and take the test results with you.

I got my MMRs, Tetanus and Varicella shots, plus the TB Skin and HIV test done at the local health department for about $30.

It will probably be around $100 to $350, Again, it depends on how much she needs done.

I think the safest is to send it back when they requested with an RFI. (Request for Initial Evidence).

That way they will scan the bar code on the RFI and process it accordingly. Just make sure you get it done as soon as possible so your case is delayed the least amount of time possible.

I didnt send mine I-693 too and now I received a yellow letter with RFI. On the letter it said something like "You are ineligible for interim employment authorization pursuant to Title 8, Code of Federal Regulations, Scetion 103.2(b)(10)(ii) until ninety (90) days after the missing initial evidence is received"

I submitted an I-765 for working permit along with other forms. Does it mean it will get delay too? Or is there something else I miss?

Is the medical examination all they asked for?

Yes :

1. Submit a properly completed and signed Form I-693, Medical Examination of Aliens Seeking Adjustment of Status, for the applicant on Form I-485

2. Submit a properly completed Supplemental Form to I-693

Then just send that and forget about the interim employment thing... it is not valid nowadays anymore... you need to wait for your EAD (which takes around 70-75 days anyways.)

Submit the medical form and the supplement (both filled by an Civil Surgeon).
