Weird LUD and case status on approved case

I have got both welcome notice and card on Jun-30. No address change for myself. What could be the reason?

Current Status: Notice returned as undeliverable.
On July 16, 2007, the post office returned our last written notice on this case as undeliverable. This can have serious effects on the processing of this case. Please call 1-800-375-5283 to update the mailing address so this notice can be re-sent.

Please call the number and update your address if they are having a different address on records than your current address. You should be on the go again.

I got the same email today.No change in address for 2 years!!!
Did you find out any thing about the notice?I created a SR for duplicate.
Now waiting for the notice to arrive.
