Would like to share the news that today evening is our turn...I did all possible things in past seven weeks to get my case approved !!!


Sorry incase you feel this is a big msg..anyway I would like to share my experience here. BIG thanks to immigration team for proving us a platform to share our experiences and knowledge

Here is my journey started and ended finally...

Landed US in H1B, Aug 15th 1998
EB3,VSC, India
PD-Oct 2001(sub)
I140-Oct 2004, AD-Dec2004
I485 = RD-Nov 2004
FP1-May'05
Used - 3 EADS, 3 APs
VSC-->TSC-->Mar 7th,2007
FP2-->May 10th, 2007
AD->today, 4:43pm PST (both mine&wife)

I was very very +++++++ve in this Month after USCIS called off on all current BS..without approving many of our pending cases.

My strong feeling is that TSC is working in all VSC-->TSC xered cases and will approve many cases before this Oct who ever PD are in 2001/02/03 with RD 2003/04/05.


List of actions I had taken past 7weeks..all the time everyone said that everything looks good, NO NC issue..just to need wait.

1. SR1-->Jun 1st
2. Infopass-->Jun6th & 15th
3. Called TSC--> Trust me, I can count the days which i didn't try to talk to TSC IO and spoke many times on my case..all the time I ask same questions but answers were varied..
4. My Address changed (from attorney to mine) ==>Jun20th 07; this is also one my risk move to make some to trigger to open my file. Worst hoped to get RFE(since I have clean record for past 10 years and with sponsor employer)

5. Congressmen -->June 28th, response on July 6th, all looks good and should hear in 60day..TSC asked for any dependants..I provided my wife's info to congressmen office.

NOTE******This is the triggering point to my case. 99.99% this enquiry caused to open my file. it depends upon the how strong Congressmen and his staff. Thanks to congressmen and My $500 check is getting ready for my Congressmen fund..

6. SR2-->On July 9th but CS said need to escalate as IO as she see diff adders from SR1(my stupid attorney address)

7. July 9th, Final bullet from gun-->hit or miss..it is my wife Address change..

Today approved at 4:43pm PST, I have profile to get notification to my office email...I have few teammates at that time in my cube as we have major prod rollout at 5pm..
I step out from my office and read the message on my BlackBerry,,,,

For a moment...I felt like hearing DOOOMM DOOOMMMM back ground music and I was flying... trust me for 5sec.....


Bottom line is that try all your options in case your PD and RD are before 2005 and stay +ve as we are dealing with known (uscis) unknown reasons


One Question??????

Since we changed address 2weeks ago(mine) and yesterday (yesterday) Who will receive the cards? it is me or attorney address?

find your local congressmen by zip. they will have standard form, you just fill it and fax it back to them....they are very good at followups.

You just call your congressmen by finding your congressmen www.house.gov
very simple process, they will email a page form, u fill it and fax it back.

thank you...NO LUDs after FP2. but we had LUD for address change..

LUD on my case yesterday too with new info...

Qns----How many days will it take the cards to us?
