who to believe?

I went for infopass appt twice in June and was told that my security checks have been completed amy case is under review. But I got a letter from senator's office last week saying that my security check is still pending and when I called up TSC IO, he told me that my security check is still pending. Who do I believe now? Who has the most current info on my case?

If I were you

i would believe TSC and senator instead of infopass. In my own case, TSC seemed to be more accurate and have more info than infopass or the generic customer service center

When I called TSC on 6/21 I came to know NC was cleared for me but I called TSC again on 7/3 to confirm it, but she informed me that NC is stll pending. Whom to believe? I am confused too.

I opened a service request on 6/22/07. Let's see what is correct.

Same here..

Checked twice with infopass that my name check is clear.. Called TSC today and found out it is still pending..

This is so frustrating..

Guys.. anything I can do to expedite my NC process..???? I have already contacted the Senator.. Is there anything else I can do.

... and I sincerely hope you get a response to your SR. I have opened two SRs (one self, one spouse) over 45 days ago, no response. Was told my only option was to open another SR and hope it gets a response.
