Important detail: when to drop the package in mail, before OR after July 1?

As you all know everyone's going crazy with their priority dates being current. I can't remember where I read it, but I do remember that the envelop postmarked before July 1st could be denied even though it will be received by USCIS after July 1st.

Is that true or not?

No, it should be received by USCIS in July. Send overnight on Saturday.
