Help me predict when my EAD will arrive :)

Hey Redskins, my card was ordered the same day as yours (July 18th), but my I-485 and I-130 are still pending. Can I just work with that card even if I'm a F-1 (student) visa holder?
 
Delay due to RFE

I 130 approved based on marriage to a USC
I 485 & I 760 filed 6-5-07
Biometrics done 7-5-07
RFE for I 864 affidavit of support 7-7-07
RFE reply received by USCIS 7-19-07
How much will this delay my application ?
I need the EAD to start my new job on 9-1-07!

Yes, you can work with that EAD Card. Regardless of your F-1 Visa, once your I-130/I-485 are approved, you will not need the EAD as you will get the Green Card and that is all you will need.

Of course thats what the card is for. Its to allow you to work as your case is being decided. So if you have the card, you can never starve :)

YOu should have your EAD by then. EAD's are not affected by RFE on other forms unless if its on the I-765 itself. so relax ;)
