Analysis - VSC->TSC Xfer and Processing Date

Our cases were also xfered on 3/15.
Mine is now pending at TSC. My spouses is "xfered to TSC", but not "pending at TSC".

Mine is also not pending. Just transferred and no FP2. But my main worry is wy my spouse case is still in VSC?
This is what my status says.
Current Status: This case has been sent to another office for processing. TSC
My Spouse status shows.
Current Status: Case received and pending. VSC. No LUD since Aug 2005 :(

I took Infopass appointement for this friday at newark, NJ. I hope to get some answers, will update he after I meet with IO.

Just called TSC and asked about FP2, they said I need to wait till system generates FP notice. I asked if I can open Service request and they said NO. After few minutes I got LUD which says
Current Status: This case is now pending at the office to which it was transferred.

Not sure whether this happened because of my call? Will this generate 2nd FP? If it says Pending is this good/bad sign?

Looks like out transfer dates are similar and also I heard from KS_CC that you have LUDS on 6/12 , 6/13., 6/14 or similar dates and mee tooo had those LUDs. Also my wife's case doesn't have LUDs and the message is also same as you mentioned.

May be there is some similarities in our case. We might get some good news sooon may be months if not weeks.

Dude, I wish my case was similar to yours and KS_CC. I wish. but it is not. I am still stuck in name check (PER INFOPASS as of 6/15). :(

That notwithstanding, I hope you are right.

I was in the same boat. My I485 was transfered to TSC on 3/15/07 but spouse's and child's cases were still in VSC. I called VSC a couple of times and got them transfered to TSC on 6/18/07. I went to Newark, NJ with Infopass appointment and got nothing but wasting 5 hours. You better call VSC directly.

I'm new on this forum. I have a similar case as runninsloth and jam007. I filed for renewal EAD on 14-May-07 at VSC and it was later transferred to TSC on 30-May-07. The case was approved on 11-Aug-07 as per the local field office but they couldn't say why the EAD card hasn't been ordered for manufacture and there has been no status change on my case on the website. But I did see LUDs on my case almost everyday since the approval. LUDs on 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 of Aug-07.

I had my FP taken on 2-Jun-07 for my I-485 Case but I don't know if they link the FP to the EAD case as well. I read on one of the threads that the EAD won't be ordered until FPs are taken for that case. Anyone on this thread got their EADs recently?
