Medical reports confusion - pl advise

folks, pl advise on my situation, i received 2 sealed medical reports separately for myself and my wife. But no name on them to distinguish which medical report belongs to whom? Since we r filing to-gather, is it necessary to know whose medical report belongs to whom?

Doctor office should write name of the applicant on the sealed envelop. This is strange how come they gave you without writing name on the envelop. May be if you still not mailed, take that back to doctor and get it corrected. They will seal it again and give you envelops. It may be ok but if you can get it corrected better do it.
