I answered a couple of your questions based on my situation, i.e H1-B married to a USC. Please do your own research in addition. Also look at

You are marrying an US Citizen right? in that case:

1) It should be whatever you put in question # 19. In the native alphabet. But you use the roman alphabet. So put in "N/A" (not applicable) on both fields.

2) Box A - Include a copy of your I-130 in with this application.

3) Yes.

4) "Canadian NAFTA Professional Worker" or just "TN Status"

Question about I-130

Hi all,
Thank you for your replies, I still have 2 more questions:

1-Form I-130:

Question # 22, what city and state should I write, city state where I live or Chicago IL? Because I’m sending my package to Chicago address.

2- All other forms with input box asking about “File Number”, “Alien Registration Number”. Should I put N/A or (TBD) to be determined or leave it empty?

3- Form G325A
should I not leave time gaps between jobs that I had in the last 5 years? those time gaps are just maximum 2 months doing interviews and getting ready for the following job.

Thank you all
-Eric

Put in the city of your District Office (the office that will have jurisdiction over your case) you can find it at the USCIS website.

Just put in "NONE" if you do not have one. If you will never have one put "N/A".

Do not worry about "gaps". If you did not work, well you didn't :p... just list all of your places of employment and dates (approx).
