80 days and EAD still not approved!

I applied for the I-485, AP and EAD at TSC for my spouse and myself on 03/12. While my AP has been approved and I recently responded to the RFE for my spouse's AP we still haven't seen any LUDs for our EADs. It's been about 80 days since our receipt date. Is there anything we can do to find out why it's taking this long or do I just have to wait until the processing date reaches March before I can do anything about it?

hi,
another possibility is to go for "infopass" to expediate the process after 90 days. you will get your response (approval)within 10 days after the infopass.

What kind of RFE did you receive for your spouse's AP? is it approved now? may be everything got delayed becoz of that.

The RFE for my spouse's AP asked for a copy of my I-140 approval notice. They received the response to the RFE on 17th May and it hasn't been approved as yet.

You did not send the approval copy with your original I-485 filing? did you submit both your and your spouse's applications together?

We did submit both our applications together and did send the I-140 approval copy with the original I-485 filing but they asked for it again for my spouse's AP.

I just think that the VSC to TSC mass transfer has affected the fresh I-485 applications. I don't know when they are going to work on our cases. Still, it is strange that your EAD is not approved. I think, you should talk to someone or go for infopass.
