Filing on Tuesday,22 MAY 2007 - Please help me with this checklist.

Hi everyone,
I will be mailing in my packing with all required form filed concurrently this coming Tuesday, 22nd May 2007. I am listing the entire content of my package below.

Currently, I live in Dover,DE and my husband lives in Warren, NJ (about 3 hrs away), we just got married and I would be eventually moving to NJ. Do you think this would complicate this process?

I would truly appreciate your replies/ feedback/ comments/ suggestions on them. Thank you so much for helping me out in this.


I-130 package:

1) Cover letter describing contents
2) Personal check for $190.00
3) Form I-130 filed and signed by USC husband
4) G-325A for husband & myself - all 4 forms for each filled & signed
5) 1 passport-style photograph of spouse & 1 for myself labelled- taken in Walgreens
6) Photocopy of USC husband's Birth Certificate (Front and Back) - back is blank.
7) Official copy of Marriage Certificate
8) Online statement of joint checking account bank statement for the last and this month.
9) Affidavit from USC husband's cousin affirming bona fide marriage.
10) Photocopy of wedding rings purchase receipt - 1 receipt for both.
11) Photocopy of application for spousal inclusion in my health insurance policy - we got married less than a month ago on 24 April 2007.
12) Additional sheet for Section D Question 2 listing the names of his parents and sisters whom he had previously petitioned on a separate petition many years ago for PR, the date, place and result of those petitions.


Form I-864 Affidavit of Support:

1) Affidavit of Support Form I-864 filed and signed by USC husband
2) Letter from USC husband stating his income is too low, thus no need to file income tax.
3) Letter from his current employer describing his job responsibilities, part-time hours, job start date and expected annual income for the year 2007.
4) Letter from my immediate supervisor (I work as a researcher in a state university) stating my responsibilites, annual income and potential for continous employment.
5) Letter from the Dean supporting my application, work performance thus far and potential for continous employment.
6) Pay stubs from January 2007 (my 1st pay was on 22 Dec 2006)
7) W-2 forms for the last 3 years.
8) Income tax returns for the last 3 years.


Form I-485 : Application to Adjust Status

1) Form I-485 filled and signed by me.
2) Foreign birth certificate translated by notarized and certified translator
3) Photocopy of passport page with F-1 non-immigrant visa page and entry stamp pages.
4) 2 Passport-style photo of myself
5) I-693 medical examination form filled and sealed by USCIS designated doctor.
6) Form G-325A - do I submit another one for this package?

7) Photocopy of Form I-94 - front and back
8) Photocopy of current OPT EAD card - front and back
9) Personal check for $325.00


Form I-765 Application for Employment Authorization


1) Form I-765 filled and signed by me.
2) Photocopy of Form I-94 front and back.
3) Photocopy of OPT EAD card - front and back
4) Personal check for $180.00

Not sure if I should apply for the Advance Parole with this. Any suggestions?

All forms, evidence and affidavits mailed in one package via USPS Priority mail with Confirmation to US Citizenship and Immigration Services, PO Box 805887, Chicago, IL 60680-4120 (?).
 
Make sure you send a copy of the back of your Marriage Cert. if sending a copy or keeping one for yourself.
