LUD CHANGE but NO MESSAGE UPDATE

Duchambe1: That doctor was very unprofesional. Doctors are not supposed to scare patients that way. Where have you seen a screaming doctor over a TB positive test?

last week i have my biometrics taken and i also sent my medical 3days after i received an email saying they receivied my RFE since then my LUD is changing everyday but the message is not changing I don't know what are these LUD all about.

I think LUD it is about when the immigration officer is working on your case .
Hopefully they approve you soon , what else can it be if your LUD changes
daily .
Good luck to you !

Good luck to all of us waiting on I -485

My ND is 09/2005 and just had an update on may 22, 2007. The last time I had an update was on November 2, 2005. I filed my case at Nsc and then got a receipt notice from Tsc. It has been so long since I've had an update I thought they completely forgot about me. My lud changed but the case status still says the same thing since as received and pending. Is that a good sign that there is an update? I just hope things still stay moving....and good luck to all of us. I submitted my medical with the original application. My attorney's office advised me to do so. Let's all keep our fingers crossed.:)

bekeral,
I think it is a good thing to know that someone's working in your case. Anyway, it is a new pattern the center has been implamenting, if your TB skin test (enclosed in your Medical that you have sent with your initial application, more than 12 months) was positive, they may send you a RFE of a new X-Ray chest, taken six months ago or less. You will most likely be approved once the RFE is received.
You're on the right track, good luck.
Thanks.

Eagle 80 - Any updates on your case?

yes my case was approved 3 days ago.thanks for asking

good luck to all who are still waiting and don't worry guys you all will get approved soon, they are working really fast now.

That is gr8 news. Once you get the approval and before you get the card what is the procedure to be followed. You have to take the approval and get it stamped on your passport?
