your question is not clear at all. if you are asking for DV 2006, the selection and processing of the winners were closed. the DV 2007 winners are going through the interview notices until september. right now all the participants for DV 2008 are recieving the notification letters until july.
if you want to know you have won the DV 2008 they will not answer your call unless you have recieved a letter with a case number on it
