Question about Spouse's Eligibility for Citizenship

I have a question about spouse's Eligibility for Citizenship

Here is the background
- My employment based GC is approved May 2002
- Added spouse towards the end of my application process, but spouse's GC was issues June 2004 (note the two year delay)
- As per the N400 instructions I am eligible to apply for citizenship now

My question,
* Do you think spouse has to wait until June 2009 (-90 days) to apply for citizenship?
* Or can she apply with me now?

What is the "Resident since" date on her GC? She can apply 5yr minus 90days from that date.

Spouse's was a 'Resident since" June 2004, so based on what you said she won't be eligible until June 2009 (minus 90 days)....

Where you able to confirm your wife's eligibility to apply along with you? I am in the very same situation, and called USCIS Customer Service at 1-800-375-5283. They told me the same.

Just want to know if you got other data points.

Status quo..

Did not investigate further; based on what I heard here and instructions on N400 form, I have decided to wait.
