Name Check Expiration

I know its a dumb question, but still I will go ahead and ask.

Does the name check ever expires?

My N/C was cleared a few months back, still no approvals, so am wondering if the name check ever expires and has to be redone.

We did not hear about/from those expired in the Line of Name Check.
We could expect anything, anytime, just wait.

Does the name check ever expires?

A name check response is valid indefinitely for the application for which it was conducted. If NC result is used to support other applications, it is only valid for 15 months (http://www.cyrusmehta.com/related/Ayetes_Memo_on_Name_Checks.pdf ).
