Hi all,

Has anyone heard of someone being paid HIGHER (25-35%) than the wage stated on the approved Labor Certifcate posing a problem at the I-140 or I-485 stage?

I assume as long as it is within reason and not below it shouldn't be a problem. Also, clearly, it can't be as the result of a job change itself.

Thanks.

no problem. the wage advertised in the labor is for sb with minimum qualifications adver in the labor. If you have more qualifications/experience, you are entitled to more pay.
