N-400 check not deposited yet

It's been 9 days since they received my N400 application but the $400 check has not yet been deposited. It is normal for them to take weeks to deposit a check? I sent personal check and mailed the application to California Service Center in Laguna Niguel. I am wondering what went wrong.:confused:

Yes, it is normal. Wait one more week then start to worry.

My parents check took 14+ days to clear.
 
I'm in the same boat too. It has been a week and the check hasn't cleared yet!!!! Vermont center here
