DC approval is random...

I just checked with one of my buddies and his application was acknowledged on 4/10/07, registration was granted printed and despatched on 4/11/07 to be recd. at DC Mission. I am not 100% sure when he had sent the application but am sure that it was atleast few weeks later than me.....

It is really sad that my and many other applicants' applications are sitting "UnderProcess" since 3/8/07.

Hang on , Have Hope .You should be happy that atleast yr application
got acknowledged. In some cases application is yet to be acknowledged.

Hi, I do not have any other option but to hang tight. I was just trying to bring this to this forum since the approval is VERY VERY RANDOM, that's about it!

Good Luck to all applicants at DC....
 
I sent an email and left a voice message to the embassy. Of course, no one has replied. There doesn't seem to be any way to get them to do their job in a timely fashion...

According to my exp, they have responded to emails regarding what to send etc
that is before u apply and not during the process. Also they replied to my friend
once his application was granted.

U r right in the sense, there is no way to get some info on the status of the aplication or make them in a timely fashion.

And it becomes more painful when the approval is nothing but "RANDOM" !!
