Calling customer service to find status

I got an update on website saying Document OTHER THAN CARD mailed.

I think this is most likely a fingerprinting notice. But my address has changed. So I have not received it.

How can I find out when my fingerprinting is due without the notice.
The lawyer also hasn't received anything. They have also changed their address.

Can I just go check at the ASC ?

Should I take INFOPASS ?

Usually FP is valid for 15 months. YOu have given your FP in 11/2006. I do not think it would have got expired. Hope your welcome notice is on the way

it is most probably the approval Notice or worst case some RFE if U have not submitted all the documents

I bet you've got it approved. In that case, however, that you haven't notified them of the change of address is a problem as your card will be mailed directly to you. You better call them, check your status and if it's indeed an approval tell them that you've moved.
