How do you find out online case status?

I am requesting help in how to find out my online case status for my EB1 petition that was filed by paper filing. I have the receipt number and went to this website:
https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/caseStatusSearch.do
I put in the receipt number and there was a message stating that Texas has received my petition.
I however do not see an LUD etc.
This is what the message reads:

On March 26, 2007, we received this I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER, and mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow any instructions on this notice. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something from you. If you move while this case is pending, call customer service. We process cases in the order we receive them. You can use our processing dates to estimate when yours will be done. This case is at our TEXAS SERVICE CENTER location. Follow the link below to check processing dates. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.


MY QUESTIONS:
OTHERS IN THE FORUM SEEM TO HAVE AN LUD AND MORE DETAILED INFORMATION ABOUT THEIR CASES. HOW DO I FIND THAT OUT? WHERE DO I LOG IN FOR THAT? WHAT MORE WOULD I NEED?

Go here https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/jsps/index.jsp and create a "customer portfolio account". When you add your case, you will be able to see the latest LUD. It won't keep track of LUDs for you, though. People just write them down whenever it gets updated

From your signature, I see that after your code 3 FP on 06/14, there had been no LUDs till 07/05. Is that true? Pls confirm. TIA.

That's right. It was 3 weeks between the fingerprinting and that LUD. Then it wasn't until January of this year to get more LUDs, and those came (I suspect) because I placed an inquiry with the customer service center. Then, roughly two months after, came a lot of approval-related LUDs
 
Following up on ebebeb1 query, does the online status change from 'case received and pending' to something like 'supporting documents received' when they actually receive the documents?

Also any idea on should we wait to see such status change before upgrading the case for PP?
