Need Help for H1B filing in US Masters Exempted Cap (Really Urgent)

Hi, I have a really important and urgent question.. The exempted cap for students who have done their masters from US is also expected to be exhausted... But I want to take my chance.. I am going to file my visa through a consultant, but I have a question.. Is it possible to file H1B visa through two consultants.. I have heard that it is possible for a person to hold multiple H1B's, but am not sure about this.. Also, if I try my luck by filing through two consultants, will USCIS only consider one application.. or is it they consider both the applications if they are received within time and before the quota exhausted...

I was to file through two consultants, because I don't trust one of them, and I am taking my chance with the other one as well.. So am filing with both of them, so that if one of them is playing some kind of trick, at least my H1B is filed by someone.. Also, if by chance USCIS decides to have a lottery for the 20,000 exempted cap also, and if both my consultants file for H1B, then I will have a better chance because of two applications rather than one.. But I am concerned that whether USCIS considers both the applications, or only one.. If they consider only one, then there is no use for me to file through two consultants, as I am incurring cost for these filings..

I will really appreciate if someone can answer to my query urgently... Thank you very much in advance..

Some one please reply.. I have to file urgently, but not sure what to do.. I request you to please reply to my query if you know what to do in this situation..

Thank you.

It's useless for you to file at this stage, they will just reject your application.

They received 133,000 mail pieces on April 2nd and 3rd. That's only mail, so assuming some of them include more than one application that's a lot more applications than mail items. Already, for the 32,700 applications counted so far, 4700 were from US Masters holding applicants... which means that if a similar ratio holds, they received enough US Masters applications during the first two days to fill the 20,000 cap-exempt visas.

I understand your point.. But USCIS has not yet revealed the final receipt date.. and I have no choice as I am already on my OPT.. so I can atleast take a chance... I just want to know if its a good idea to file multiple applications, and will USCIS only select one of them if I manage to get in my applications before the quota exhausts..

Thanks

I have exhausted my nerves reading USCIS press room, from that I got the impression , they have that computer process called speedo, I am not sure about this, but they come to know , the multiple applications, as it has happpened in the past, but they dont reject the applications, accept only one of them. so try your luck.

Your sentence seems to be going in circles.

They don't reject them, but accept only one. Doesn't that mean they reject the rest of them?

I would say that considering the current unique circumstances, they would only put one application per person in the lottery.
