A retrogressed country like INdia or CHina or not? Seem you are getting good LUds recently maybe will get an approval soon.

From you signature it looks like you are in same situation as me, except that I am from retrogressed country INdia for my NIW I-140.

Yes mogambo1, I am form Inida. With the retrogression, we are forced to go for the EB1. like madgu and many of our friends here. I have one question, does the message change if you get FP notice.
 
No I did not get message change or LUD when I got FP notice. I did get an LUD the day after my FP was done. ALso after contacting FBI fingerprint office in WV I came to know that my FP were processed same day and sent back to USCIS within 24hrs, so I assume FPS were okay.
