This is true! My EB-1 EA (PP) at TSC APPROVED

Dear All,

This is really a good day. I am so happy. First of all, I would like to thank so many good-hearted folks who give unselfish, highly useful and excellent suggestions.

My EB1-EA case (PP) e-filed at TSC was approved yesterday (March 22, 2007). I got the approval email from CRIS (not the TSC PP service) and my online status also shows "Approval Notice Sent". Still was a little uncertain, so I called the PP service of TSC and spoke to an immigration officer. He confirmed that my case has been approved.

I am so happy. I want to thank all of you who have helped in many ways. Madgu-gc2005, good_y, eb11-NSC-rfe, Pana, kku, ioananv, Pradeep07, gc_er, eb1a-query, ajasha. You guys are all excellent. Your helpful suggestions made me go to TSC with this result. I thank you all once again from the bottom of my heart.

r they writing a big RFE for me??? or they forgot my case ???

Congrats dgrajan! This gives the rest of us hope that TSC is still approving I-140 (without RFE) for deserving applications.
 
Congratulations. I am a newbie on this forum - but I have to say that in teh last two weeks I have been visiting this forum, I have learnt a lot. The members posting in this forum have all been truly unselfish and very helpful. I would like to thank each and everyone one of you for posting and providing information even after you receive your approvals.
