I am on my H-1 visa and I came to US from Pakistan on F-1 visa.
Now I am planning to go to Canada to get my H1 stamp but not sure how long it would take for security clearance. I have been working for last 2 years in reputable company in Silicon Valley with very good salary and have all taxes papers and proper documents.
Some body has told me that immigration lawyers can find ahead that how long it will take to get my security clearance. If it is from 1 day to 1 month then I can travel other wise I would ahve to defer it for infinite time.
Can some one confirm me that if lawyers could do that. If yes then can you recommend me some good lawyer.
