Anybody received Labor approved Letter??

Hi
I know the pain of waiting for such long time to get approved...that to with labor..485 retrogress..Now we hear lot of labour approvals...I wonder are they really approved!!!!...I hope they are...

Even my case is also approved as per the lawyer and Website...but i have not seen any letter or physical evidence....
After digging the forms..i saw very high number of labors had been approved and are all as per the website

DID ANYBODY RECEIVED LABOR APPROVED LETTER FROM BACKLOG??? if so please share the date when it was recieved and how long does it takes to get the letter...

Hi All,

Just found out from lawyer today that they have received the Official LC.

Lawyer received Letter : September 14
Case shows certified online : September 11
VA, RIR, EB3
PD : 07/28/03

ANother pain get ready every body

Mine approval date is Aug 28 2006 but Attorny nor employer received any thing related to apprved application. I just got reply from Secry Caho in reply of my query that my application has been certified on Aug 28.

Pl post here approval date and recved date.

my case was certified on November of last year, and I received a letter from the BEC. But my lawyer never receive the form. What can I do about it? Should I push my lawyer asking the BEC for another copy? Is there any official FAQ on this so that I can use this to persuade my lawyer because she's reluctant to do so.

Oh, man! That's the longest wait I have ever seen so far. You definitely need to do sth. I have lost all my patience after waiting for 50 days for the approval document. But my lawyer is cooperative and sent many requests to PBEC. I hope I can get it soon. Good luck, buddy!
 
My husband's labor got approved late last month. The lawyer and HR got the papers, but we haven't received anything. My lawyer has already prepared the paperwork for I-140 and sent to NSC. The online status from PBEC still reads "In Process".
So you can see you can't rely on the info from their site.

So do you mean my case has actually not approved even though it says on their website it has been approved? Interesting. :confused:
 
My employer got approval letter one week after online status showed "Certified".
The letter said that Forms ETA were enclosed, and cc-d me on the letter, but I did not receive anything directly.
anyone know the number to call at Philly DOL to request a copy of the Forms ETA?

It's the same thing happened to my case. Employer got the cover letter only w/o forms, but lawyer haven't got anything yet after about 40 days. Although it could be due to lawyer address change and mail returned, PBEC may also never sent anything to the lawyer. We keep on sending requests and address update, after so many contacts including mail, email, phone calls, nothing is happening so far. It's totally bad bureaucracy !:mad: The number to reach PBEC is (484) 270-1500. Good luck!
 
Great news! Lawyer finally got the LC approval document today! What a relief! Never want to deal with PBEC any more. Good luck to everyone still waiting.
 
Guys,

Question: Is there anyway without contacting lawyer/employer to know that whether they (lawyer/employer) received Labor Certification papers?

I am in exactly same situation....can you tell me how much time it take to get the same?
My attorney faxed the address change couple of time....
Did you call PBEC personally?

Original LC papers received today.

Guys,

I am happy to announce that we received my original LC papers today.My lawyer just called me 10 minutes back for this good news.

Online Certification date: 04/26/2007
Original Papers received date: 05/18/2007.
