Traking DOL list for California due to 245i Part2

Looks like DOL is trying to get clear of the I-245 cases

While we are moaning about the RIR cases moving forward one day in three weeks. The non-RIR cases have moved close to 10 days. Since I-245 cases are mostly non-RIR, I guess DOL is probably putting more people on those cases since their dates actually seem to be moving pretty fast.

I am so sick of this entire 245 mess, and totally pissed off at my lawyer for being so lousy as to not see this coming. Instead of sitting on her ass for over 3 weeks, could have mailed my stuff to SESA.

Well, nothing we can do about this now, all we can hope is for things to get better :).

sigh, my attorney and company hold my file for 1.5 months before they file it. It could be easily file my case one week earlier.
But anyway, nothing we can do about it now. All we can do is crossing our finger and parying for God\'s hlep.
 
what is the usual delay between posting on AVM to Approval/Denial?

Can any body through light on How much delay is there between Approval/ Denial and posting of the status on AVM. My RD is 10/17/2001. DOL advanced to 10/18/2001 two days ago. I still here
AVM status as "Your application is transferred to DOL on 10/17/2001 and it this status is posted on 10/17/2001"

Can anyone tell me how to check AVM system at DOL Dept? I would like to know my RD. I called DOl several and only got general information for RIR and Non-RIR processing date. Thanks!
 
AVM number for DOL

       You can call 415-975-4617 and follow the prompts to get the status on AVM.

I245 are still in SESA

Most of I245 case are falling in Non RIR category.
Non RIRcases are sill in April 2001.

Just curious as to know that your RD is just within 3 days of transfer to DOL.
Could you please clarify.

Looks like it taks about 4-5 days for DOL to process one day case load. How come? I am really sick of this slow process now.
 
We\'re waiting for ~2-3 weeks to have 1 days processed in SESA

Do you guys think we can do something ? Lobbying ? Writing letters ? We\'ve been trying to contact EDD, but given DOL would be the next step, it should be sped up as well.

So, any ideas, contact info etc. will be appreciated.

This is what my attorney told me. When I checked in the system ( by email ) I get the same info.
