Looks like DOL is trying to get clear of the I-245 cases
While we are moaning about the RIR cases moving forward one day in three weeks. The non-RIR cases have moved close to 10 days. Since I-245 cases are mostly non-RIR, I guess DOL is probably putting more people on those cases since their dates actually seem to be moving pretty fast.
I am so sick of this entire 245 mess, and totally pissed off at my lawyer for being so lousy as to not see this coming. Instead of sitting on her ass for over 3 weeks, could have mailed my stuff to SESA.
Well, nothing we can do about this now, all we can hope is for things to get better .
