Received BEC 45-day letter on SF DOL RIR cases

Mine was filed as RIR from California.
PD: April 2003
RD: March 2004

Letter dated Dec 23, 2004. Attorney replied on 29th.


Four pages:
Page 1. explaining the process, deadline to respond, etc
Page 2: Enclosures (just a list of things enclosed with the letter)
page3: Corrections list
page 4: "Selection of Continuation Option Letter"

I also see a new case number, it says "ETA case number: D-xxxxx-xxxxx"
(D for Dallas may be?)

In my case, both my attorney and my employer got the same letter.
 
Received Letter but missing 750

Hi,

I received letter from Dallas BPC.
PD=Feb 25,03 & CA DOI RD= March11, 04

I have big problem. In my case, I received letter at my company address. My attorney changed address 1 year back. She didn't receive any thing yet.

In company Doc, they say, send ETA 750 to attorney, which look like currently missing. I have to send reply with some minor corrections.

Do they send Original ETA750?

If in case Original ETA750 is missing, then what will be procedure? Any Idea?

Hi dhana8,
My attorney emailed me that they recieved and replied to the letter. I got the copy from my employer which does not have the ETA 750. I am not sure if my attorney got the ETA 750 with the letter.

I feel sorry for you that letter sent to your attorney may be missing, and sorry I do not have any info on what to do in this case..
(I think your attorney will have some solution and in any case your attorney should be able to respond with the letter copy which you got at your employer. As for the ETA 750 for corrections, not sure if they can use the old copy, if they have it or may be able to contact BEC and ask them what to do..).

if they need correct the address or anything DOL felt wrong or failure check, they sent original ETA 750 to the attonery. if nothing to be changed on ETA 750 A or B, they only need fill in the continuation letter.
(my case was filed in Dallas. but I am sure it is the same process.)

my RD is Aug 28th too.
So far I have not heard anything from my attorney.

The letter received by company, it says:
Encloser(s): .... ETA740 PartA & B

But they didn't send back my ETA 750, how could I make the correction?

My PD and RD is same as you, and I got 45 days letter on Dec 20th.
Hope you will also get it soon.
